For Everyday Riders
Unlike apps with fixed fares, Reliable Ride lets drivers set their prices. When you request a trip, you’ll see multiple offers from different drivers, each showing their fare, vehicle type, and rating. You choose the option that best fits your budget, comfort, or preference.
Open the Reliable Ride app, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, and confirm your request. You’ll then see a list of available drivers with their fares and vehicle types. Select your preferred offer, confirm, and your driver will be on the way.
Yes! With “Ride for Someone Else” you can book for family, friends, or colleagues. Simply enter their name and contact number while requesting the ride so the driver knows who to expect.
Prices aren’t fixed, they’re based on what drivers choose to charge for your specific trip. This creates a fair and open marketplace where you can pick what works for you, whether you prefer a budget option, a comfortable ride, or a luxury vehicle.
You can pay using Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit card, Reliable Wallet, or cash. Wallet payments are the easiest way to go, just top up once and pay seamlessly for every trip.
Yes! Reliable Ride isn’t limited to cars. You can request Okadas (motorcycles) or Kekes (tricycles) for short or quick trips within your city, perfect for when you want to beat traffic or move affordably around town.
Absolutely. Every driver undergoes a verification and KYC process before joining. We also track all rides via GPS, and you can share your live trip link with friends or family for extra peace of mind.

If you cancel within 3 minutes, there’s no fee. However, late cancellations or no-shows may attract a 10% fee, part of which goes to the driver for their time and fuel.
Go to your trip history and contact your driver directly. If you can’t reach them, contact Reliable Support, we’ll help you reconnect with the driver to recover your item.
Reliable Ride isn’t limited to just cars. We also support Okadas (motorcycles) and Kekes (tricycles), making it perfect for short-distance and quick city trips. Whether you need a fast Okada to beat traffic or a comfortable Keke for short errands, Reliable has you covered.
Yes. Every Okada and Keke rider on Reliable Ride is verified and trained before going live. We collect their ID, driver’s license, and proof of ownership, and all trips are GPS-tracked for your safety. You can also rate and review every driver after your ride.

Yes! With Reliable Ride, you can book intercity trips easily. Normally, to travel to cities like Abuja, you’d go to the park, queue up, and wait to buy a ticket. With Reliable Ride, you can book your ticket directly from the app. You can even select the VIP option, a car, bike, or keke will pick you up from your location and take you to the park. We partner with trusted transport companies like Benue Links, Victoria Travels, and more to make your trip convenient and reliable.
Fuel on Demand lets anyone, not just drivers, request fuel delivery directly to their location. Whether your car, bike, or generator at home is running low, or you just don’t want to queue at a filling station, you can request fuel through the Reliable Ride app and get it delivered in minutes.
All calls and chats are made directly inside the app, your personal phone number is never shared with drivers or riders. You can message or call your driver safely through the app without exposing your contact details. Reliable Ride takes privacy and data protection seriously.

For Drivers
Reliable Ride gives drivers control, you decide what you earn per trip. When a customer requests a ride, you see multiple price options and select what you’re comfortable with. The rider then chooses based on your offer, vehicle, and rating.
Reliable Ride takes only 10% commission per trip, compared to 20–30% on other platforms. That means more of your earnings stay with you.
Earnings from wallet or trip payments reflect instantly in your Reliable Wallet. You can withdraw anytime or use your balance for services like fuel or maintenance, no “wait till end of the week” stories here.
Yes, drivers can accept cash payments if the rider selects that option. The app automatically records the fare for trip history and rating purposes.
If a rider cancels after 3–5 minutes or doesn’t show up, a 10% fee is charged. A portion goes to you as compensation for your time.
Yes. You have full flexibility. Go online when you’re ready to work, and offline when you need a break, no pressure or penalties.

No worries. With Reliable Auto Assist, you can request a nearby vetted mechanic directly from the app. Whether it’s a flat tire, battery, or engine issue, a technician will be dispatched to your location.
